I grew up immersed in Savannah’s vibrant outdoor lifestyle—swimming with the Isle of Hope Swim Team from the time I was 4 until I turned 15 and sailing on the Vernon River with the Rinky Dink Sailing Club. My love for the water even led to an incredible opportunity to serve on the race committee for the 1996 Sailing Olympics. After graduating from Savannah Country Day School, I went on to earn my degree from the University of Georgia, setting the stage for an exciting and diverse professional journey.
For seven years, I worked in the hospitality industry right here in Savannah, representing both Marriott and Hilton properties. This experience taught me the importance of top-tier customer service and how to anticipate the needs of my clients. Following that, I transitioned to the finance industry, where I served as a compensation manager for a downtown Savannah firm, further honing my organizational and problem-solving skills. Before returning to Savannah, I also explored my creative and adventurous side while living in Wyoming, working for a photographer and as a travel agent.
Eventually, Savannah called me back home, and it was here that I met my husband. Today, we’re raising our two beautiful little girls and enjoying everything this incredible city has to offer.
